Please fill out our order form and fax it toll free to 1.800.323.2329. Our fax lines our open 24 hours a day. We will confirm receipt of your fax within 24 hours.
 

ORDER BY MAIL
Please fill out our order form and enclose a check, money order or credit card number. Remember to put adequate postage on the enclosed envelope.

HOW TO PAY BY CHECK ONLINE
Simply enter your account information and we'll deduct the funds from your bank account. Click here for example.
Orders paid by electronic check are delayed an additional 5 business days due to bank processing time.

HOW TO ORDER FOR HOSPITALS OR INSTITUTIONS
Simply FAX, mail or e-mail us an authorized purchase order. We will confirm it's receipt within 24 hours.

DELIVERIES
Our deliveries are fast. Most orders are delivered within 8 business days. Personalized orders may take an additional business day. Items ordered together may be shipped separately at no additional freight charge. Deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please follow the instructions on the back of your order summary and enclose it with the items you want to exchange or return. All items returned must be in their original condition with tags and returned within 30 days of receipt. Laundered garments are not returnable. Embroidered items are not returnable. All freight on returned packages must be prepaid.

EMBROIDERY SERVICE
We can embroider block or script lettering on any garment. We also offer embroidered logos for professionals. Custom logos are also available. See embroidery section. Please remember that embroidered items are not returnable.

SIZE CHARTS
To determine your correct size, view our size charts.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
It's simple. If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise your have received just return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Laundered or embroidered garments are not returnable. All items must be in their original condition with tags. Unfortunately, shipping/processing charges are not refundable.
 

EXPRESS SERVICE

We can provide Next Day or Second Day air shipments within the contiguous 48 states. This only applies to non-embroidered in-stock items. Next Day Air / 2nd Day Air orders will be shipped the following business day.
